How to get rid of the Java command not found (exit code 127) error?

• It seems like you set your Java version incorrectly. Just go to the Startup tab and change the Java version accordingly to your Minecraft version.
  • If you have any older version than 1.5.2, use Java 5 or higher (we recommend Java 8 though)
  • If you have a version between 1.6.1 and 1.11.2, use Java 6 or higher (we recommend Java 8 though)
  • If you have a version between 1.12 and 1.16.5, use Java 8 or higher
  • If you have a version between 1.17 and 1.17.1, use Java 16 or higher (we recommend Java 17 though)
  • If you have a version between 1.18 and 1.20.4, use Java 17 or higher
  • If you have 1.20.5 or newer, use Java 21 or higher.
